The UT TeleCampus is Closing
The UT System is transitioning to a decentralized model, where online courses and programs will be completely offered and supported by UT institutions instead of the UT TeleCampus. Students may register for the fall 2010 semester through the TIS. Registration will continue to be facilitated through the TIS for the foreseeable future, but all other services, including course access, will be administered by the individual host campuses. Information will be provided as it becomes available. If you are currently enrolled in courses or programs offered through the UT TeleCampus, you will work through your home campus. If you are a prospective student, you should contact the campus that offers the degree program you wish to pursue. Below is the contact information for the UT campuses.

24/7 Help Desk

Man studying

The UT TeleCampus provides free 24/7 help desk support to academic students, faculty members teaching online through the UT TeleCampus, and the UT System campus staff who support them. The Help Desk can provide answers to questions about using UT TeleCampus technology and services, as well as technical support. Professional Development students should check the section details of their course in the Professional Development Online (PDO) catalog for the support services included with their course.
